What time of the day is the best to work out?

In my life, I've noticed that the things which tend to slip through the cracks really need to be made a priority.  Exercise is one of those things.  I used to leave it for the afternoon or evening, but I noticed a startling trend...things tend to get in the way before I actually exercise.  An unpleasant phone call, an emergency at work, or I just have less energy.

Certain mornings are harder than others for me because I have to get my exercise out of the way sooooo early, but I never regret it.  I put my workout clothes out, make sure that my ipod is charged and ready to go, and get my workut in before returning emails or taking phone calls.

It's not easy to make something a priority that many of us would rather skip, but the feeling that you get after is so worth it.  Make your body and your exercise a priority, you'll be so happy that you did.

If an emergency comes up, and you must work out in the evening, do it, but make 95 percent of your workouts morning workouts, and you'll have an easier time sticking to a plan.
