No more frizzy hair at the gym!

Years ago, I remember hearing Oprah talk about her hair, and what a process it is to style it.  Because it took so long, she said that she thought more carefully about swimming, or exercise, simply because she doesn’t have time to start the entire process again.  Oprah I totally get it!  My hair is super long, and while it may not be curly….it’s very wavy and takes a long time to blow dry.  Even after it looks like it’s completely done, if there’s any leftover moisture in it, the entire thing frizzes, and I have what’s commonly known as a “bad hair day” on my hands.  I stayed away from most of the smoothing treatments on the market because: They aren’t healthy and…they flatten out the hair a little too much.  Recently (as in this year) I started having the Thermafuse 450 service done to my hair and I’m thrilled with the results.  It’s a gentle, vegan process which eliminates frizz, makes your hear feel like silk, and cuts my blow drying time in hair.  The product gradually wears off as opposed to growing out, and even if there is a ton of humidity in the air, my style stays.  The only downside of the actual process that I can see is the length of time required to get the service done.  It’s a 3-4 hour process so a great time to catch up on emails, reading…..or my favorite thing….trashy magazines.  For me, saving all that blow drying time during the week is priceless.  Now I can use it to exercise instead:)
