I've been eating extra healthfully for the new year, to reset myself a little after eating (I know I say this all the time!) way too much sugar over the holidays. I was fairly good about staying within a reasonable calorie range, but the foods that I ate weren't packed full of nutrition, so I've been doubling back and making sure to eat tons of fruits and veggies to make up for what I missed. I love starting out my morning with an amazing shake, full of protein and fresh fruits and veggies... Here's my Chocolate Strawberry smoothie recipe:
2 Scoops Isagenix Isapro Chocolate Protein
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 cup strawberries
1 frozen banana (I break it in half)
handful of ice
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1 cup cold water
Blend in a Vitamix and serve:)
