I'm going to be posting my top 20 exercises (not necessarily in order of importance....) there are obviously many other great exercises, but these are my tried and true.

My coach is the creator of the hip thrust, and I have never seen such incredible results (read: more lifted, rounded, solid backside) in my life. Add this exercise to your routine if you want a *much* better butt. Seriously.....who doesn't?
